Refurbishment of a 5,000 sq ft house in one of London’s most prestigious post codes, co-ordinating with furniture restorers, the estate management committee and the client’s building team.
We completely reorganised the space and moved the main seating area to the first floor.
The client wanted a luxurious, Italian Classical interior, whilst avoiding the Louis XIV style.
We achieved the look desired look but also incorporated the latest in lighting and home automation technology, allowing the client to have complete digital control over all appliances, security, CCTV, audio-visual devices, lighting, heating from anywhere in the world.
Each room has hidden speakers and benefits from multi-channel digital audio, with discreet touch pads to control feeds and volume.
The client selected a number of pieces from Cavalli, Opera & Longhi in addition to a number of custom designed pieces for the main living and dining rooms.
We also custom designed and commissioned a dining table to seat 24 people and installed a recessed 300 crystal Ilfari chandelier in the dining room. Idea group throughout all the bathrooms and custom built Logo wardrobes with leather doors and interiors in the master walk in area.
A variety of contemporary wall treatments were applied to give the classical interior a sharper finish; custom coloured glass, wallpapers and mosaic to name but a few. We also installed a basement wellness suite including hydro massage gym and sauna.
